As President of Wilhite Electric Inc., Troy Wilhite provides oversight and development of business strategy to advance the company; promoting revenue, profitability and growth. He manages overall corporate performance, and contributes his financial and business knowledge that has been developed over a 22-year career, including more than 16 years as President.
Troy oversees the daily operations of the company and has direct oversight for all Wilhite Electric Inc. projects. Including directly supervising office staff, project managers and foremen. This direct oversight combined with his extensive experience allows him to identify and solve problems before they impact the project schedule or budget. He’s knowledge and client-focused approach has earned him an excellent reputation.

Troy has extensive experience in design-build, design-assist, and plan/spec across a multitude of verticals, including high tech, semi-conductor, federal government, education, mixed use, office, industrial, multi-unit residential, tenant improvements and public works.

Steve Varley or Varley, as he is known throughout the Northern California Electrical Industry, has been an electrical construction estimator for 28 years.

Steve started as a material handler for a San Francisco Bay Area IBEW shop in 1990. Within a year he was taken under the wing of the shop’s owner and was taught how to estimate commercial electrical projects. He was also given  the opportunity to call on certain clients of that shop owner and honed his Business Development skills that he continues to use today.

Over the span of those 28 years, Steve has been able to procure many projects. Some noteworthy projects, for example are the Levi Stadium located in Santa Clara and the Yahoo Data Center located in Quincy, Washington. He has developed long standing relationships with large Bay Area General Contractors.

Steve recently joined Wilhite Electric, based in Livermore. His primary duties are as Chief Estimator, Group Executive and Business Development. Steve has an integral role in growing the firms already steady revenue stream. For more information, please look Steve up on Linkedin.
